If you cancel within 2 days (48 hours) of making payment, you are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made after the initial 2-day period are not eligible for a refund. This policy is in place due to the allocation of resources and time committed to your project.

No refunds will be provided for services that have been completed or where substantial work has already commenced, regardless of the cancellation period.
